Privacy Policy
Fujian Qianxiu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qianxiu," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Qianxiu Keyword Planning Tool. It is restricted to authorized internal users and is not a public or client-facing SaaS.
Information access and use
When an authorized user grants permission, we may access Google account and Google Ads information needed for the requested internal workflow, including authorization metadata, account identifiers, keyword ideas, and campaign-planning request data. We use this information to authenticate authorized users, retrieve requested keyword ideas after a product has been separately approved, support Qianxiu's own proposed United States English Search campaign planning, maintain audit records, diagnose errors, and secure the service. Google Ads API data is not used for product selection, product ranking, demand scoring, or opportunity scoring.
Google API data and Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the authorized personnel and systems needed for these purposes. We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles, serve unrelated advertising, or sell personal information.
Storage, sharing, and retention
OAuth credentials and developer tokens are stored only on the server. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We do not sell Google user data. We may share information with infrastructure or security providers acting under our instructions and confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or valid legal process.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, security and audit needs, or applicable legal obligations.
Revocation and deletion
You may revoke Google authorization through your Google Account permissions, request access to or correction of personal information, or request deletion by emailing us. We will delete or de-identify eligible information unless retention is required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
